what you put in is what you get out

The first step to really mastering your own beauty is to carefully monitor what you put into your body. In order to get alluring and flawless skin, bright teeth, dazzling eyes, shiny hair and strong nails, you need to be aware that what you put in is ultimately what you get out.

Nutrition is not something to brush off lightly. Nutrition can play a very important role in how you look and feel throughout your entire life. It's something to learn and understand so that you can live a beautifully bright and healthy life.

To me, proper nutrition is all about balancing what you want to eat with what you need to eat. You'll hear many people say that cutting out all carbohydrates is the key for success but I completely disagree. When you're eating a bowl of pasta for example, make a great sauce loaded with tons of vegetables such as tomatoes, carrots, onions, garlic, eggplant and anything else you'd like to throw in. That way, you're getting a huge dose of those feel good endorphins which are produced by carbohydrates that everyone wants to eat, but your also giving your body the essential vitamins it so desperately needs.

Eating different types of fish is also an excellent way to give your body and especially your brain the essential fatty acids it needs to keep you on top of your game and getting those essential nutrients will also help with you skin, hair and nails look flawless.

Stiving for a diet low in fat, high in vegetables, packed with good carbohydrates and wise protein choices is utimatley the best plan for achieving the best YOU.

I would also like to stress that protein does not necessarily mean bacon, steak and eggs. Protein is also found in beans, lean meats, fish, cereals and vegetables. You will not put your best foot or face forward if you gobble down high fat proteins each day thinking that you're doing the right thing. You'll wind up feeling sluggish and bloated, not feelings that one would willingly strive for.

Listen, if you want to eat a piece of cake, go for it. Just don't eat the entire cake and please counter balance that cake with a great nutricious breakfast the following day, packed with fruits and whole grains.

Life and nuticion are all about balancing. No one is ever going to be able to eat perfectly all the time. The faster you realize that and understand that because of that, you'll have to compenseate by making sure that you are eating the right things for the next meal, the more successful and fabulous you'll be.
